average place to stay worst ive ever been to the sheets in the bed wouldnt even reach the end i would wake up in the middle of the night and have the bottom sheet up by my chest. the bathrooms are average aswell shower head to low took about 20 minutes for the warm water to eventually start coming out. definatly not worth how much i paid and the name should be changed from qaulity hotel its anything but qaulity

Paid for two rooms via this site and rang to confirm two days before departing to Wellington. Was told had paid for only one. Quoted receipt number etc and told would be fixed up and two rooms would be allocated.. Arrived in Wgtn to find nothing done and still only one room. Eventually the rude elderly gentlemen on counter got us another room. This room was on 2nd floor and absolutely "ponged" of stale old cigarette smoke and was not worth the $93.00 we paid for each room. My room on 4th floor was better although bathroom could have done with cleaning a bit better. Shower only for short people and although I am only 165cm in height, I still had to duck to wash hair. Location to town was good but this hotel is very dated and grubby looking and the cracked glass door not very welcoming.

worst hotel in nz??

one of the worst hotels ive stayed in!
room had not been serviced properly, missing cups, glasses, fridge switched off with nothing in it. no milk or mini bar.

TV had no remote and worst of all no antena cable making it no use at all!
service slack, when i went out for the evening and telling staff of these faults nothing was done!.
turned on the tap in the tub and a roach poped out! .shocking stay!

Good honest Accomodation

Alternative(s) to blue top milk at breakfast and in room fridge would be good. Shower height was a negative. Other than that good accomodation at a reasonable price with parking with friendly helpful staff.

Will stay again when in Wellington.
