I paid my stay before we went on holiday and when we got there, they told me that i still need to pay. I showed them the confirmation that i did pay and they did not want to exept it. The people is rude and unhelpfull. After a while the manager came and said it is fine we can sort it later. They gave us the incorrect room and when we left they still said we did not pay. I really really did not enjoy my stay and will not go back to them.

great weekend

We would happily stay again, if we wanted to spend another long weekend in Wellington. The location was entertaining. The general appearance of the interior of the Comfort had enough ' character ' to make being indoors a pleasure. You fully met our expectations. Next time we would probably choose a room overlooking the street, as the courtyard had a boring outlook. One complaint : The cooked breakfast was lukewarm when we got to it.

Our room did not seem to exist, until we discovered it up a stairway we were not told about.

The street noise outside made it impossible to sleep. All in all, it was the worst night of a 7 week southern hemisphere vacation.
