Good Godley!

The hotel room seemed at first to be a tad overpriced for what it was, but when you consider that Tekapo is a resort town, the price could be fairly standard.

The room was very clean and we could tell that the renovations that had been made were quality and intended to last. My bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Some of the decor was a bit dated, but again, it was clean.

Our breakfast was included with the cost of our stay and it was a decent (but not gourmet) breakfast.

The views from the windows in the restaurant, and the proximity to most of the local tourist attractions, are what make this hotel worth the stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
