We had a leak in the toilet celing. They transferred us to another room very quickly though, so that was great. However, the furniture and fittings in both rooms were quite warn - and really needing replacing. The chair in the second room was so warn it was fraying on the seat badly, and there was just no support in the chair at all. Reception staff average.

There was a mix up with our booking and we did not find the Reception Staff very friendly. I was most upset when we arrived home to find, that my Credit Card had been charged $25 dollars for Internet access that I did not authorise and was not advised that a charge would be payable( RE for sorting out the booking) Whilst the rooms were very clean, we think that they looked tired and could do with a bit sprucing up. The Restaurant was excellent , food and Staff very friendly.

Staff & breakfast good - hotel freezing

The room was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good but the hotel was cold, as was the room which also smelt musty and needed airing and the linen was threadbare. Shame when it was set in lovely grounds etc and would be rather nice with some sprucing up.

Great stay

Great stay, loved it. Big complex, but quiet and professional. Down side is they require ccard before getting keys, and it takes 5 days to get ccard money back.
