  • Tiny Rooms

While the rooms were lovely and clean etc sadly they were very very small. My room you hardly had room enough to stand to get changed. Same with the bathroom, tiny tiny rooms indeed.

  • Friendly and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy this hotel was given the great price is was for the location it was in. As i am a country person and not particularly up with accommodation in Melb, i was a little concerned when booking as i have never stayed in the area. As we were going to a show at the Palias Theatre it worked out fantastic!! Great accommodation, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff and only 2-3 min walk to the theatre and shops.....couldnt ask for more, thanks so much, Betty

  • Absolute delight!

We had the wrong night booked and when we went to check in, verdeish (I'm not sure if that's his name) was so helpful and fixed the problem for us, he got us a refund and booked a nice room for that night at a similar price. He also guided our ute and trailer through the carpark and helped us out in the morning as well. He was very busy when I checked in and handled my dilemma as well as other customers with the best of service. He was just lovely and nothing stressed him out, nothing was too big of a problem for him, he remained having a smile on his face the whole time. Hes definitely a huge asset to the motel. So thank you once again for making our stressful night so relaxing and enjoyable and I'm sorry if I didn't get your name right! : )
